A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.

Q8: How do we deal with the fault?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and we will put the aroma diffuser into the burn-in room
for testing for at least 12 hours,so the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, if the products with the quality problem during the guarantee period, please take photos or videos to us, and our
engineer will check, if belongs to our issue, we will refund the send new one next order.
